      Pros

      Lots of change over past few years, great head of HR added - flex work, summer Fridays off, consistent review process and bonus payout structure. Many new team members across all teams, focus on good cultural fit when hiring. Lots of DEI initiatives. Great senior level searches to work on. People on the consultant team are provided significant opportunities to progress. Leadership communicates regularly with the entire organization.

      Cons

      Consulting always has peaks and valleys on workload but team works hard to try to balance that for everyone.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here! The teams are great, the work is fulfilling, and I genuinely appreciate how invested the firm is in my career development.

      Cons

      I’d love to see more firm-wide events where we can connect in person and build stronger relationships, especially since most of us work remotely.
