Many new team members across all teams, focus on good cultural fit when hiring. Lots of DEI initiatives. Great senior level searches to work on. People on the consultant team are provided significant opportunities to progress. Leadership communicates regularly with the entire organization.

Consulting always has peaks and valleys on workload but team works hard to try to balance that for everyone.
