      Pros

      - Most of the people are awesome - Great location in downtown Toronto with new office overlooking Lake Ontario - Golden handcuffs salaries means you're happy until you're not

      Cons

      - More than 20 people voluntarily left the company in 2020, during a pandemic - nowhere to go unless you are a Principal or Partner - there is no HR - favoritism - Management is COMPLETELY unaware of how rank-and-file employees feel and make wildly unpopular decisions that lower morale - A lot of potential, but management change is desperately needed to bring in a new approach

      I really enjoy working here! The teams are great, the work is fulfilling, and I genuinely appreciate how invested the firm is in my career development.

      Cons

      I’d love to see more firm-wide events where we can connect in person and build stronger relationships, especially since most of us work remotely.
