Great remote work in a fun, collaborative setting - Human Resources OddBytes Employee Review

Innovative company with a lighthearted culture for having fun while working to accomplish hard things. In my experience, Oddbytes is the rare kind of company that rewards entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, creativity and being a good human. It's been the best job I ever could have imaged and it continues to get more exciting as the company continues to grow.

The office is incredible but the seats are limited.

Oddbytes takes good care of its people. The benefits are great. The communication from the C-suite is transparent. And they invest a lot of effort and dollars into enriching their workforce. From a company-wide trip to Portugal to individualized career coaching, it's all here. Additionally, they've invested in specific frameworks that help people find their footing with the company and with each other. The company does really care about their employees — as evidenced by the many people who have worked there for 8-10+ years.

The company has made some missteps in their efforts to diversify revenue, but appears committed to adopting new ways of building and thinking to avoid recreating those missteps in the future. There can be an unproductive finger-pointing culture that slows down progress.
