What an exciting time to join a growing and evolving organization. The new hire onboarding experience has been both informative and welcoming, with each session thoughtfully designed and facilitated by a supportive team. I especially appreciated how the onboarding schedule was intentionally paced, allowing new employees to absorb information without feeling overwhelmed during their first few weeks.
