Pros

Good environment to learn a lot and nice co-workers

Cons

Toxic culture, micro-management, lack of communication, low salary, and no growth opportunities are some of the issues plaguing this organization. The HR department is the worst part of the company. They never respond to emails and will suck you in to do everything for the cheapest possible price. As an IT specialist, you’re expected to handle infrastructure, security, AV, and everything in between. If you complain or ask for a raise because none of these responsibilities are in your contract, they’ll threaten to fire you or refuse your raise. Everyone complains about HR, whether they’re in India or the US. There’s no clear hierarchy of management, and executives’ hands are tied to the HR department. There’s no clear structure of processes, and it’s all just an experiment. They conduct these experiments on lower-level employees, and if they miss the mark, no one is held accountable. They’ll ask you to work overtime and then withhold your income because they don’t pay overtime. It’s a complete mess.
