Pros

I have been there for approx 4 years. I have seen many phases in company. I read many reviews about this company, some says its good and many people have big number of negative experiences in this company. I feel mostly positive reviews are fake(my thinking only) because the people here on glassdoor come only to put negative about this company. No one comes to share real positive about it because no one cares until company does something wrong with them. But you can not justify with one good or bad experience of single person. So i will take here the cases of majority and will be unbiased. 1. Experience 0 (Fresher) :- If you are a fresher and you get a chance to work here, then grab it. For fresher it is first to learn than salary or anything else. It will give your career a kick start. Also you will get a decent pay as per market standard. Now if you are from a Premier College(IIT, NIT, NSIT) then with learning you will get a good compensation too. You will understand how to make apps for android/ios and gaming logic either front end or back end, not both. 2. Experience 1 - 3 :- You will also get good learning here. You need self learning a lot after working here for 1 year because you are not a proper android developer not ios developer not even a game developer. Because the games here are more or less like apps. So You will be Jack of all but Ace of none. Your Salary Package depends upon your interview(C++ Skills) and bargaining. You can open a wide mouth if you are from a good college. 3. Experience 3-5 :- You people only get to know about gaming logic. After few months you will feel like developing UI only. Salary you will get will not be much higher than your juniors. If you are near or above 10L package, then don't try here, you will get job here until or unless you are from best college (no matter how much technically sound you are). 4: Above 5 ;- Don't try here for job, You will not get. Reason: if your salary is above 10L then they don't want to hire you. If your salary is much less then you are a looser already. Note: Above all points are only for coding teams. Others don't read those lines. Main Point: Their easily affordable developers are those who are very below 10L. Increment: You will get good increments 15-40%. Depends upon your work. No Politics in this(Best part). Many people feel they are getting very low increment but believe me, no company pays more than this percentage. Work: In starting 6 months - 1 year you will feel you are learning a lot and high pressure(Actually its not a pressure, just because you don't know anything about work and the time taken will higher that normal to do same work so you feel you are pressurized). After that once you get good knowledge then you feel a normal to moderate work pressure. But it also depends upon team and senior. Work Life Balance: You have to complete 8 hours a day between 9am to 7pm. 5 Days work. You will not get any call on weekends or after work hours. Managerial team is getting changed so can not say about future. But Technical managers are chill people(Old Managers). Now you have to evaluate yourself, can you give 8 hours per day or not and then come to work life balance by yourself. Management: Technical Managers are chill people(Old). They have a lot of knowledge and best part is, you can visit them any time and they will answer your queries without judging. No politics they play in work. Accounts: You will definitely get your salary before 5 of the month. CEO: He is the most technical person you will ever meet in your life. Spending 10 mins of technical talk with him give you knowledge of month. Cool environment overall. Play mobile Games if your work is done.

Cons

HR and Policies: The worst part here. They picked the bad policies of every company. 10 National holidays, if it fall on weekend then no compensation. 12 Leaves allowed max(earlier it was 10), you can call these medical/earned whatever you want to call but this is the final leave quota. Sandwich Rule(Google it). Admin: No Canteen in company. If you go out for tea/smoke then your time will get deducted. No outing, No Games, No movies, simply saying no compensation from company. No Cab facility, No hard work appreciation. If you are habitual of using these facilities from you current company then prepare your mind before. Increment: It depends upon your project. If you are at good game then you will get good increment. Here your college brand will not play any role. Online Portals: No online portal to check your leave quota, attendance, work hours etc. You have to go and ask HR personally. Future: I didn't see any new idea or new game. Designation: At what ever level you join, you will be member of technical staff only. You will never get any upper designation like Senior MTS. Just come, work, pick salary and go type company. If you are happy with this then its good company will for you. If you need extracurricular activities then find some other company. But no politics on peer level. So i was happy with these and it was good company for me.
