the office environment is nice and people are friendly, the salaries are received on time each month
Cons
the CEO has a huge micromanagement issue, he doesn't employ team leaders he works with every individual. He is always angry, shouts, and slams on the desk although he is in Australia the Skype calls are like hell. He can simply fire you without a notice period and you can do nothing
