Crazy boss - Scold people loud nearly everyday, sometimes with foul languages. Personal attack on people's appearance, relationship status. Sexual discrimination speech on female staff - Poor project management, there are no project manager, you are expected to manage your own project, the boss also promise lots of impractical solutions and deadlines, makes the situation even worse. - "I don't know why nowadays 90's 00's don't work overtime. If I were you, I would work overnight in company for couple of weeks in this situation", said by the boss on an impossible deadline he promised to the client - Threaten to ruin your career when you resign Unprofessional IT knowledge - The code base is full of spaghetti code and anti patterns, tons of performance issues and bugs, make it extremely difficult for maintenance and further development. - The boss is a hater of new tech stack so all the new project still stick to outdated technology. - Fresh grad programmer can only learn outdated technology and worst programming practice here. Bad working environment - Dirty office - Need to wear noise cancelling earphone all day as the boss keep scolding people - Low employee morale Falsely claim on job description and company business - The title on the contract is "iOS/Android developer" but develop only web app instead of mobile app - Claimed that you can learn lots of new technology (e.g. AI, Big data) but actually they only have some cheap rubbish project so you learn nothing here
