A great management team who are seriously dedicated to helping employees achieve and have a lot of experience to share. The working environment is highly unrestrictive which lends employees a lot of creative independence.. Employees are visited by other professionals from the gaming industry who also support the project by offering their advice and experiences. Overall, it allows the young and inexperienced to get a taste of the real games industry and increases their potential to get future jobs in similar environments.

The projects are concentrated and aim to release a game after a short-period of time so the intern can be quite demanding, especially for people new to the industry.

People are very friendly, the company is very supportive of all employees. Even if you're not as experienced and have difficulties you will be supported by other members. All employees are very easy to contact and you can always go to them with any issues. Your opinion is never overlooked or ignored. Great environment to work in.

Sometimes it can be challenging to cope with keeping up with the more experienced employees but we always receive adequate help with that.
