Pros
Company accumulated a pattern of dysfunction in the 2010s, but since the CEO joined at the end of the decade, there has been steady improvement. I expect it will continue to improve. Teams are small and lean. The culture is peaceable, and there are many talented people. The company is focused and not distracted by politics like many USA tech companies. It has a good product and is on track for high growth.
Cons
I do not believe there is sufficient investment into skill development or new technologies. There is a lack of strategy to attract top talent. I may not be privy to its longterm strategy for innovation, but this may prove a challenge to compete in about 10 years.
