Cons
1. Worst management. 2. Payment slabs are not good. Appraisals are always delayed by giving hypothetical reasons. 3. The process of release is very tough because there is no process at all. It was a hard time between me and my project manager due to work ethics. 4. No bonus and incentives. Even your dues won't be released if you leave their organization. 5. Aggressive time-line for all projects. No work life balance. It will be always work. 6. No experienced professionals. The managers are very experienced and still they lack work ethics. 7. Managers are all partners and they don't recognize employee's talents and achievements. 8. The managers lie to their subordinates all the time. 9. There are no concrete policies. All the employees are shown different policy. Even the management does not follow any policy when it favors an employee. 10. All the managers are narrow minded. They lack vision which obstructs the company's growth.
