Pros

Sadly there are none. I worked on promises. I gave up my home and moved with the promise of advancement. I lost my job, my home, my car and my security. I was fired because I was a male in a female envireonment. I did not accept a management position because I was promised a corporate Training Coodinator position. When I declined, as they knew that I would, I was sumarily fired.

Cons

The cons are the management. They should be prosecuted as such.
