Some managers are not held accountable for issues within their departments, which has negatively impacted the Wearables division. The sales department exists but is underdeveloped and lacks the structure needed to properly support company growth. The logistics department is disorganized, and leadership does not fully grasp the importance of implementing a proper inventory management system. This reactive approach has caused major inventory discrepancies that, with proper oversight, could have been prevented. The company lacks a defined culture or sense of community, and the office environment feels stale and uninspired.
