Cons

Extremely toxic culture, ridiculously low pay, work life balance is non existent. Some people in leadership positions are toxic, bullying, and unprofessional. Benefits are an absolute joke HR is a disaster and protects those perpetuating a negative work environment Internal movement and growth can be impossible for some

Pros

Great competitive compensation, room for growth, great culture, and great team work

Cons

Newer positions are hybrid but that’s a small con for those who want to be fully remote

Pros

Can be a starting point for interns or those new to the field. Provides basic industry exposure. Many hardworking and dedicated employees.

Cons

Lack of true transparency—communication is often misleading and inconsistent. “Octagon family” culture is not reflected in reality; clear cliques exist. Employees outside of those circles may feel undervalued or easily replaceable. Leadership lacks consistency, accountability, and clear direction. Noticeable lack of diversity, particularly within leadership roles. Concerns around inclusivity and workplace culture are not adequately addressed. HR communication lacks follow-through, creating a disconnect between what is said and what actually happens. Compensation is not competitive for the workload and expectations. Benefits are below standard. Work-life balance is extremely poor. Recent acquisition appears to have negatively impacted morale, culture, and operations.
