Multicultural environment... English speaking mainly (although you can speak whichever language if some else understands you) Nice, easy going people to get along, from most of them you can learn something new. technology wise is ok. working hours are slightly flexible. Agile development great location (Downtown, atwater metro)
Cons
according to other sites statistics not among the best paid... though it's average...
