Pros

Hybrid remote. Decent base pay.

Cons

Poor training, poor management and unequal workload amoung peers. Company is growing fast but that causes management to push extra tasks and workload onto reps. Mamagement lacks grasp on technical support needs and many do not actually know how to work the required programs. IT dept is incredibly inadequate at fixing issues.

Pros

The orientation process at OceanFirst Bank was exceptionally well executed. It created a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where interns were introduced to the company’s culture and daily operations. Senior leaders—including the CEO, treasurer, and other top executives—took the time to speak about their roles and their contributions to fostering that culture. Interns were also given valuable opportunities to network and connect with one another. Overall, the experience was both engaging and highly enjoyable.
