      Pros

      The entire process, from initial contact for a phone interview, to in-person interviews, and throughout the onboarding timeframe, the experience was smooth, positive, and exciting. On day 1 as a new hire, I realized how amazing this company is! The communication to their employees, the team ambiance, and the support that's given to each other is fantastic. I'm looking forward to a long successful future with OceanFirst!

      Pros

      The orientation process at OceanFirst Bank was exceptionally well executed. It created a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where interns were introduced to the company’s culture and daily operations. Senior leaders—including the CEO, treasurer, and other top executives—took the time to speak about their roles and their contributions to fostering that culture. Interns were also given valuable opportunities to network and connect with one another. Overall, the experience was both engaging and highly enjoyable.
