OceanFirst is a growing company offering many opportunities, for existing employees, potential new employees, and customers. We are experiencing a lot of change, with clear direction and outlook, which helps to ensure we are all trying to achieve the same goal. Coworkers are incredibly pleasant to work with, always willing to go above and beyond. Executive management has remained easily approachable, all with "open door" policies. OceanFirst is a supportive company with excellent leadership who care at all levels.

Cons

For a regional bank, the work and hours are demanding, but these efforts are valued rewarded.

The orientation process at OceanFirst Bank was exceptionally well executed. It created a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where interns were introduced to the company’s culture and daily operations. Senior leaders—including the CEO, treasurer, and other top executives—took the time to speak about their roles and their contributions to fostering that culture. Interns were also given valuable opportunities to network and connect with one another. Overall, the experience was both engaging and highly enjoyable.
