Unprofessional and racist - Human Resources Ocean State Job Lot Employee Review

This company will tell you they have the best benefits in the world however you only get 5 paid 5 vacation days for the first 3 years and personal days and let’s not talk about sick days or holidays. Their leadership are very unprofessional and speak down to employees in a very disrespectful manner. Also rarely hire minorities in professional positions. 99% of blacks and Hispanics that work for the company work in the warehouse cleaning. Their pay is also beyond low and unaffordable to live with.
