      there was no pros about retail the people u work for wanted to fight u all the time cuz they were really stupid or some people who just had a bad attitude towards work like the mangers that worked there one guy was always nice to me I can't tell his name online but thanks for being nice to me even though the rest of the idiots didn't like me to much.

      working with your coworkers was tremendous they only cared about themselves no one else and full of themselves to.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
