20% employee discount. If you like to work without any effort in creativity or changes in merchandising then you will like the job as every aspect of merchandising goods are pre-set . All anyone needs to do is be on time and follow specific directives for procedures and merchandising and you will be a stellar employee .
Cons
Everyone is essentially a glorified stocking clerk regardless of their title or position. The main focus at OSJL is to move goods out to the floor and out the door. Customer service is an after thought The security of this company is all about internal pilferage. The company trusts no one within their organization.
