      Great group of people to work with no matter what location. Pay increases are based on merit not seniority. Promotions are based on merit not seniority. Great everyday discounts on merchandise. Profit sharing for those that qualify.

      Cons

      Easier for outside candidate to obtain management positions and they are paid more than those promoted from within.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
