      Supportive staff Nice people to work with Laid back admin Lots of freedom within the classroom Your own TA Making a difference

      The kids are next-level mean, verbally abusive, etc. Fortunately not many physical issues to manage. If you don't mind the kids and have thick skin, the job can be very rewarding.

      The pros are the children you can try to help

      Cons

      The administration is not supportive and don’t listen to issues . The office staff and Principal are rude and arrogant and only care about high numbers.
