      At OHI, health and safety are a top priority. They put the wellness of the team and our patients first, making sure everyone is safe and healthy. We've got all we need to make sure the place is safe for everyone. Work policies are also designed to help staff carry out their duties easily and more effectively.

      I would say the employees are the cons or some of the patients.

      Cons

      Cons would be the managers not wanting to assist in any way and allowing the doctors or patients just curse you out and of course you just have to smile and move on to the next call.
