The team and the work is driven by passion, you feel that you make a difference, they host Friday events and often buy nice lunches for the team, and there is some flexibility with remote working. Its very international.
Cons
They should encourage more work/life balance and they use Whatsapp for messaging and groups which is annoying because you have to get a new sim card and business account or else you can't keep work and your life apart.
