Pros
All senior personnel from the CEO to the Project Managers are instantly responsive and easy to work with. Pay is competitive, as it must be in a consulting environment. We have won several multi year contracts in the last few months. Prognosis is great! Many jobs can be done remotely, across the US, with some employees in almost half the US states.
Cons
Individual contracts may end in a few years, but some employees have been with OAI for over 10 years. OAI allows unlimited carry-over of sick and annual leave, which helps contract employees during transitions.
