1. Functions dont have equal representation within the company 2. R&D function making anything but R&D 3. Information flow from top-to-bottom & bottom-to-top is unhealthy and ineffective, affecting the performance of departments and individuals. 4. Too many unnecessary meetings. 5. Procrastination of every work that takes forever to complete due to such attitude of people in the other functions from whom you wait for the input 6. No appreciation of the external experience which would help the company for going a step higher in business. 7.
