Terrible progression - you are told you are on a 2 year scheme, with promise of a permanant job at the end of it. However, if opportunities come up during the scheme for you to take a permanent role you aren't allowed to take it unless you are more than 18 months in. Secondly, there are rarely any jobs after the 2 years for you to take, so they roll you onto a 5th rotation, essentially keeping you as cheap labour.
The pay rises are a joke, not even matching inflation, no part is reflective of your performance and they ignore any valid points against the pay rise. They don't even match the history of other cohorts ahead of you, pay it is totally random.
The office is in the middle of no where, in a lifeless part of the UK and it seriously expensive to get to. Any increased days in the office or increase in train fares are ignored when it comes to pay as well.
Outside of the scheme everyone else has the same issues with terrible pay and no progression at all! The turnover rate of the company is crazy.
