Pros

I've carried a bag at a lot of companies. Nothing comes close to what's been built here — and it starts with leadership that actually gets it. Our CRO, Brian Murphy, is the real deal. He leads with clarity, conviction, and a genuine respect for the people on the front lines. Brian doesn't just set targets and disappear — he's in the trenches with you, removing blockers, elevating the team, and making sure every rep has what they need to win. You feel supported from the top down in a way that's incredibly rare in sales organizations. The culture he's built is one where accountability and trust go hand in hand. On the go-to-market side, Alison Tierney's Global GTM Strategy is truly best-in-class. The alignment between sales, marketing, and the broader business is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Alison brings a level of strategic rigor and cross-functional coordination that means we're not just selling — we're winning the right deals, in the right markets, with the right message. It makes a massive difference when you're out there talking to customers. The impact you can make here as a sales professional is unmatched. Real deals, real revenue, and work that visibly moves the company forward. If you're serious about your sales career and want to be part of something special, this is the place.

Pros

Exceptional colleagues across the organization who are smart, hardworking, and always willing to help. Strong product with real customer value and a customer base that genuinely believes in the solution.

Cons

This company has significant cultural and organizational issues that make it a difficult place to work long term. Leadership is highly top-down and not transparent, and the environment is both bureaucratic and chaotic at the same time. The company talks about operating like a startup, but in practice there's a lot of unnecessary structure and micromanagement from upper management. Employee turnover is high, including among top performers, which creates constant gaps and hiring problems. Morale is very low, and there are limited opportunities for meaningful promotions or career growth, making it hard to stay motivated and engaged.
