      treat employees very well, good mentorship since most staff are mid-senior level, company is a good size (don't feel like you're confined in a box)

      Cons

      the oil & gas industry itself, most staff are fairly conservative and their political opinions spill into work sometimes

      Working 7 days/week. Low compensation relative to others. Multi-level micro management. Technical incompetance. Zero culture. Antiquated technology. High turnover. Old boys club.
