      Pros

      ObservePoint has the best culture of any company I’ve worked with. Our leaders have a feedback loop similar to the way Elon Musk runs Tesla. We are always growing and progressing year after year and my coworkers feel like family to me.

      Cons

      Raises can be sparse depending on the position you have.
