Pros

if you are interested in collecting startup schwag, then this is your place. I've never had so many things from a single company before. get a chance to make pretty things from data, not mind blowing but customers want features.

Cons

- consistently bouncing from fire to fire makes any sort of planning impossible - a culture of "yes" men makes reasoned dissent impossible - finger pointing without any ownership of the problems

Pros

Fast-paced environment that rewards grit, accountability, and initiative. Strong leadership vision — many execs have scaled companies like Snowflake and MongoDB, and it shows in how aggressively we're going after a massive market opportunity. Compensation is top-tier for those who deliver — high ceilings for earnings and career growth. Observe invests heavily in its platform and product — it’s not perfect, but the pace of innovation is real and customer feedback drives changes fast. Wellness benefits, comp, and GTM tools are solid. Yes, leadership is opinionated. Yes, expectations are high. But this is a company that rewards effort and outcomes. People who aren’t open to feedback or who resist accountability tend to struggle. This is not a place where you can “check the box” — you need to think like an owner and bring solutions. Some reviews here sound bitter, but it’s important to remember that not everyone thrives in every environment. There is room to succeed here — if you're coachable, focused, and ready to put in the work, you'll grow fast and be well rewarded. It takes two to tango: the company sets the bar, but it also invests heavily in helping those who show up with the right mindset.

Cons

Not a place for people looking to coast — expectations are high, and feedback can be direct. Some parts of the org are still maturing — enablement, process consistency, and alignment between departments could be tighter. It’s a scaling startup, so ambiguity and change are constants. If you prefer a stable, slow-paced environment, this likely isn’t for you.
