Great product, great work environment, still working on product fit - Account Executive Observa Employee Review

Everyone is really nice and there's always something interesting going on.

Small company usually means wearing lots of hats. Could be seen as a downside for some.

Able to make your own schedule.

Once you do your job on your end, don't expect to get paid. I did 3 jobs for them and didn't get paid for (2). The jobs were done thoroughly and to the best of my abilities, as your often having to ask others in a store (Managers) for access to inventory and other tasks, that they dont have time to deal with because they're busy. Hence, you don't get what you need to show and upload on the app. Observa's time expectancy on these (Projects) is completely unrealistic. Often stated as a 15 - 20 min job. They easly will go over an hour. I think Oberva is a Scam operation and I would highly recommend not using them.
