Easy access to management, open minded people, good culture, freedom to explore new ways and etchnology to accomplish what you're trying to do

some unmature people, need better strategic direction and better alignment within departments and goals

I have been lucky to work with great staff (not management) who are more compitent than the ones running the show. There are staff here who spend a great deal of time kissing butt and still getting paid for it. Not the best place to be if you want to learn and grow. I do like the snacks in the kitchen like soda, chips and friday bagel day. and its close to my apartment in menlo park. they do like it when you kiss butt so don;'t forget to kiss major senior management butt or else you will be frowned upon.

the managers and directors have no clue how to run a business and how to do the right thing for the customer. they care more about getting things out without even making sure there is a fix in place. weve launched so many features that were flawed beyond microsoft experiences and yet the ones in charge can weasel there way out of taking responsibily when they have board meetings. when the sales numbers were off the managers were worried they would get fired. when the board forgot the sales numbers agreed upon the managers rejoiced and weasled out of responsibilyt.
