The people that work here are really incredible. Thoughtful, REAL people that are kind and welcoming. There are so many experienced people here that are great mentors. There isn't a big 'office politics' issue like most other jobs.

The CEO is unique. He is very driven, and very paranoid about proprietary information. I don't know what a SCIF is, or whatever that other reviewer was talking about, but he can certainly appear over-the-top when it comes to security... But it's ultimately a good thing. Be kind, be open-minded, and I'm sure it will be great.

Teams were small and everyone knew each other well. CEO is a very busy guy, but works hard to instill his values on his engineers and lead an efficient company.

IT department is lacking, and things move slow sometimes.
