Pros
Honest, humble, intelligent, hard working, interesting and innovative. This is the first company I've worked at that truly is not ego driven, but refreshingly results driven. My experience of OTS is that it cares about its people and is very generous on all fronts.
Cons
I haven’t noticed anything so far, but that might just be because I’m still so new.
