Bad management - Programmer/Analyst Object Expression Employee Review

Poor management. For old workers always look bad by the boss. New comers always got good salary than old worker. when old workers ask for increment will be rejected, still got the new salary below then salary of new comers & also will deduct the bonus. Old workers need to do alot of project than new comers but they got more salary then us? and the boss ask us to teach the new comer will 0 knowledge. too many project & not enof team. always employ new comers with 0 basic IT which is inconvienent for the team as already busy with project as 1 ppl need to work in 3 positions; handle Tech, go Meeting & do doc. most of the old worker already resigned due to poor management with 0 common sense.
