      Pros

      working with international clients, life and office balance, 5 days working, good salary. company good for developers but not for testers.

      Cons

      Developers are given more importance than QAs ,coworkers stay in groups in and outside the office and do not let you join the groups, manager do favouritism. QA are given less Increments than developers. Only manual testing.

      Best team I’ve ever been on. Leadership that cares and listens. Great mentors and though leaders.

      Lots of change. Exciting and scary. Future uncertain.

      Pros

      Honor's other countries important holidays.

      Cons

      The company does not honor Martin Luther King Day. It sends an email about its importance but expects the American workforce to work on the holiday, while it honors major holidays from other countries with time off.
