Pros

- A very Young company which opens a lot of opportunity for growth and promotion - The type of work is less toxic compared to the Call Centers I have ever worked in the past - The work allows you to freely balance your life and work to ensure you will have time for both - Accepts inexperienced Agents who are very eager and willing to show their full potential

Cons

- The majority of the employees ranges from inexperienced and young staff that requires time to grow and mature - The management is very lax with the company policies that agents tend to abuse it.

Pros

People are young, so there's a lot of vibrancy. A bit informal in terms culture, raising doubts on definite planning.

Cons

There's no stability. Marketplace-like culture. No career ladder. The lack of concrete guidelines does not help.
