Pros
Good salary, nice office, time flexibility, kitchen full of all kinds of food, health insurance pack, gym membership, weekly free lunch, game room with PS4, dog's friendly, the ability to learn many aspects of the E-commerce field.
Cons
A company that is growing too fast which makes work processes non linear, not stable, misleading and even overwhelming sometimes. Startup atmosphere almost gone after being acquired and rapidly became like Shopify: stricter, tighter and more pushy/demanding.
