      They have part-time HR, who mainly handle the payment but isn't active.

      The production staff are great and well trained. They have a solid product.

      Cons

      Ownership, lack of independence, micromanagement, impulsive owner. No benefits - will never provide benefits and will get accosted if you ask for them.
