      You can relax for one year without any responsibility as company will give you work after one year. Till then you need to count days and get payment .

      Cons

      No growth , if you are from Kerala you may get payment even when you are in long leave This entity is completely in single hand ( director )

      The benefits package is a great deal for the size of the company. They’re more than willing to train you on new operations and machines. Annual raises and bonuses.

      The starting pay is not the greatest but will change based on your performance and attendance.
