Pros
Without a doubt you will have the opportunity to learn a lot. Since it is a smaller AE firm, you will see a wider variety of work and you will be responsible for larger aspects of a project. You are challenged to learn things on your own, but you also aren't left to drown, you will get the right amount of help and direction as an entry level engineer. Their benefit package is also very good with tuition reimbursement, job training, healthcare and other perks.
Cons
Advancing here is going to be somewhat difficult. There are a lot of engineers in their mid-20's to mid 30's so you're going to have to stand out and take the initiative in order to work into management. Also, the work environment is somewhat cliquish.
