Pros

Leadership provides support and guidance. Pays well. And supports families with a focus on work life balance. Employee owned with the best benefits on the market. One of the few places that still gives extreme high value health insurance requiring employees to pay very little. Vacation time can be earned up to 5 weeks with additional days off for sick time, personal time, plus holidays. Recommend. Even 100% tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Advancement can be slow but work is steady and company is loyal to their employees.

Pros

Without a doubt you will have the opportunity to learn a lot. Since it is a smaller AE firm, you will see a wider variety of work and you will be responsible for larger aspects of a project. You are challenged to learn things on your own, but you also aren't left to drown, you will get the right amount of help and direction as an entry level engineer. Their benefit package is also very good with tuition reimbursement, job training, healthcare and other perks.

Cons

Advancing here is going to be somewhat difficult. There are a lot of engineers in their mid-20's to mid 30's so you're going to have to stand out and take the initiative in order to work into management. Also, the work environment is somewhat cliquish.
