      Pros

      I searched for 10 years to find a company that shares my values for hard work (without burning you out) and creating a collaborative relationship with its clients. Oasis Solutions is not just paying lip service to their core values. They are at the heart of how they do business.

      Cons

      You will earn your money and you will need to continually learn. It's a natural part of being in the technology business.

      Work life balance. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Bad culture. Dishonest. Favoritism. Lulling strategy. Antiquated processes. Lots of turnover.
