      Pros

      Friendly and smart English, Spanish, Portoguese, and French co workers in localization. Good view. Free fruit. Odd office pot plant now and then. They pay us on time.

      Cons

      Former and current employees constantly disparaged with a 'English is better than thou' attitude. Demotivated and distant leaders. Office politics with them is tiring. All you have to do is review the Oasis Games FB page to see the bad reviews. The good reviews are written by its own employees. 'Big picture' wise, for a leading publishing company of Chinese games to the West, the management of OG doesn't seem to understand how the west operates.
