      Pros

      Oaky is a great place to work, an amazing employer to grow and learn. Small company where you need to give 110% of your best efforts to succeed because there is a lot to do with few resources. You are allowed to test and launch fast, to bring up new ideas and execute in autonomy. You are accountable for it. But it is a fun place to be!

      Cons

      Lime any startup, growth is hard and job rotation and enrichment is also limited. Decisions are very founder-driven and often taken with little experience.

      Pros

      Oaky are an incredibly supportive organization and have always provided everything needed to succeed.

      Cons

      It has been difficult setting things up with visas in my current location. Not entirely the fault of Oaky's and they have done all they can to ensure my visa situation is handled correctly.

      There's not many disadvantages of working at Oaky. The only disadvantage you might have is salary and higher workload from time to time.
