      Family like environment, very friendly co-workers and a very down to earth manager

      Cons

      Peak hour things get stressful with all the customers especially since you need to keep an eye out on each product; robbers might try their luck in stealing.

      Pros

      Amazing team and great employee discount. This is a brand with an amazing history and a coolness factor. There is a great collaborative culture and you do learn valuable sales techniques which you can carry on to any other job.

      Cons

      Extremely poor hourly rate. 13-18 per hour, with no commissions, and there is a big preference for hiring external management rather than promoting sales people. When business is slow, you are asked to leave early, severely impacting your livelihood. I would only recommend this if you are desperate for a job, and will take anything.
