Pros

Basically I can't think of any pros except good compensation provided by the company and on-time salary. If I insist to write more: - Its the best company to work with if you were a copal employee. - You will learn to face job insecurity - They have got a PS4 (which no one uses because its not allowed to play games in office, lol)

Cons

I can write an essay on this: - as you see in all reviews, CEO just approves the positive ones and discard the negative ones. Actually the positive ones are fake postings created by the HR dept and senior management - no employee friendly culture - no work life balance - no work from home policy (for non copalites) - parking issues, they are proud to have approx 20 parkings for 150 employees - no cab facility - no food facilities - they never try to build a good company culture - all the senior management is from copal, taking the company back to past - they make false promises when offering you a job and forget everything later on - no one is treated as human; for the management, employees are like slaves whom they bought and they can treat them in whatever way they want - they consider themselves the best, thus ignoring all scopes of improvement

Pros

-- Good industry exposure: You can absorb knowledge about financial services and entrepreneurship. -- High-level access: I got involved in high-stakes projects (e.g. startup research for potential partnerships, emerging market contenders)

Cons

-- Woefully disorienting onboarding: Expect to be thrown into the deep end immediately. My first interaction with management was being ushered into a live external meeting, mid-session, with zero context. -- Competitive, male-dominated culture: The department I was in rewarded posturing and "brownnosing" over actual output. Information is often withheld by peers to maintain a competitive edge, leaving new hires to guess their responsibilities. -- Performative communication: Similarly, meetings are frequently dominated by people talking over one another to impress leadership. If you're introverted or prefer to prepare thoughtful insights before speaking, you will likely be sidelined or excluded from future discussions. -- Shifting priorities: Management priorities change so rapidly that diligent work can become irrelevant within days. It's common to complete a project only to have it discarded immediately due to sudden pivots in direction. -- Exclusionary tactics: Towards the end of my tenure, I experienced staggered exclusion, i.e. being left off calendar invites or told my presence wasn’t required. It’s a culture where being quiet is mistaken for meek.

Pros

Overall salary not was good for a graduate scheme

Cons

A lot of focus on company needs, rather than growth in the company. Role that can be advertised can be changed once you start working.
