Can't think of anything that would be a Con. Maybe vending machines in employee break rooms? Great place to work and bank!

Flexible and caring approach to employees; opportunities to grow and develop; benefits and total compensation package are outstanding; leadership empowers and doesn't micro-manage; employees are accountable and work well together for the benefit of the customer; overall culture is very positive and supportive. The bank truly cares about the customers and community - in my many years of employment, this has by far been my favorite place to work!

People love their jobs here so nobody leaves = not many job openings; however management supports growth and will train and promote those who work hard and show potential. I really can't say anything bad about this company!
