Risk of injury due to child/youth violence, management is not transparent about some important matters such as wage scale/grade and sometimes decisions until you ask

- food is provided - lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation - animals

- mentally exhausting - violence and aggression (from youth) - lack of support for mental health
